  1. 16-20 Small prawns
  2. 1/2 cup Cream style sweet corn

For making a prawn stock first of all wash and clean the prawn heads. When cleaned roast the prawn heads in a preheated grill for 10 minutes approximately. After that take a thick bottomed pan and put the shells in it. Also put bay leaves, pepper corns, celery, onion and carrot as well. Now add 5 cups of water in the pan and bring it to boil.

Lower the heat and cover and simmer the pan for 10 minutes approximately. After that strain through a piece of muslin. And cook potatoes, onion, celery, half of the sweet corns, two cups of prawn stock and salt in a pan, cock it until done.

While doing all this process reserve the cooking liquid. When cooled process the solids in a blender with the reserved liquid. Blend it till it smooth and then put the potato mixture back to the pan and also add the remaining stock in it. The remaining stock contains capsicum and the remaining sweet corn. Now cover the pan and heat it on a low flame for 2 minutes more. After 2 minutes add prawns and continue to cook for 2 minutes more. Add crushed pepper corns and also seasoning and cook for 1 minute more. At last pour it in the individual bowls and serve it.
