For a healthy sehri you should need proteins and some fibers. Good resource of proteins is low fat meat, eggs, beans or dairy. And fiber is found I whole grains, vegetables and fruits. A good and healthy sehri might be simple like a hard boiling egg, an orange or a bowl of whole grain cereal with low fat milk. It’s better if you stay away from sugary cereals, pastries and white breads. At sehri if you eat these things then after sehri they will digest quickly and will make you hungry very fast.
