Ingredients:

  • Refined flour 1 kg
  • Vetch Gram ¾ cup
  • Parsley Powder ½ tsp
  • Aniseed Powder ¼ tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 chutki
  • Red Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil for fry

Procedure:

Pour 4 to 5 glass of water into the pan and cook vetch gram (daal channa) on medium flame. After 30 minutes, mix parsley powder, aniseed powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder and salt into it and cook it so that water in it soaks. Then pass this mixture from the minced machine. Pour cooking oil into frying pan and heat it to fry. Take small amount of the kneaded refined flour and put the mixture of daal and shape it into round (put reasonable amount of mixture so that its round shape cannot damaged). Similarly rest of the mixture be shaped in this way and leave them for one hour. The shapes be rolled as kachori. Pour cooking oil into the pan and heat the oil then fry these kachoris on high flame. When their color becomes light golden then serve all the hot kachoris in the serving dish with the dish of potato or gram.
