Every family member takes a great care for preparing special dishes on the special occasion of Eid. Actually there idea is to make those dishes which they don’t eat for months. Here are recipes fro your taste on Eid-ul-Adha because it easy to prepare and can serve whole family easily.

Recipe No 1:
Sheer korma:-

Ingredients required for Sheer korma are
Ingredients:

Milk 1 Litre
Fried Charoli 2 Table spoons
Sugar Saffron ½ Cup
Vermicelli ½ Cup, Cardamom Powder 1 Table spoon
Almonds Blanched Fried Ground ¼ Cup
Oil or Ghee 1 Table spoon
Pista Fried And Ground ¼ Cup

Method:

First of all cook the milk and sugar in a deep pan. When the milk boils, then add the vermicelli in it and cook for 5 more minutes more. After 5 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and cook them for 5 minutes more. When all done serve hot or cold.

Recipe No 2:
Gulab Jaman:-

Ingredients required for making Gulab Jaman are

Ingredients:

Carnation Milk Powder 1 cup
½ cup all purpose flour
Baking soda ½ Table spoon
Melted Butter 2 Table spoons
Whole milk just enough to make the dough for the Sugar Syrup
Sugar 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Oil for frying

Method:
Firstly make the dough by combining the milk powder, Bisquick, and butter in a deep pan. Now add milk to make medium-hard dough. After that divide the dough into 18-20 portions for making Gulab Jaman. Now make balls by gently rolling each portion between your palms into a smooth ball. After the balls are made place them on a plate and cover them with a damp yet dry kitchen towel. Now heat the oil on high temperature and then after some time lower the heat to medium. Now one by one slip the balls into the hot oil from the sides of the pan.  Remember that when you finish putting balls in hot oil or when they are sink to the bottom of the pan, do not try to move them. Instead of moving the balls, gently shake the pan to keep the balls from getting brown from one side. Keep the same for 5 minutes and after 5 minutes, the balls will automatically rise to the surface. If your temperature is right then Gulab Jaman’s should rise slowly to the top after some time. Now gently and constantly agitate all balls to ensure even browning on all sides. Remember that if the temperature of the oil is too high then the Gulab Jaman’s will tend to break. So adjust the temperature so that the Gulab Jaman’s do not break and will not cook too quickly. The balls must be fried very slowly under medium temperatures. In this way Gulab Jaman’s will be completely cooked from inside and outside and also will be brown.
