Canadian medical experts say that women who want to reduce weight should use yogurt. Most of the women are worry being overweight and try several things to reduce their weight but the experts have told them a very simple solution.

In a medical research conducted in Canada, the experts found that yogurt helps to reduce weight. It is known through research that bacteria of pro-biotics present in yogurt reduce the weight of women.

During the study, the overweight women were given tablets of those bacteria for 24 weeks which reduces their weight from average 9.7 to 11.5 pound. The experts say that these bacteria affect the bacteria present in our stomach and thus improve the metabolism and digestive system which in turn lowers the chances of obesity.
