Washington, The Health Department of America has issued some necessary guidelines to the people that they should take exercise for 20 minutes daily and they can defend against many diseases. The concerned department issued these guidelines to the people so that they can protect against these diseases. They said that every person can do exercise for about 2 and half hour in a week and they can avoid heart diseases, diabetes, different types of cancers and other fatal diseases.

People can divide this time on the daily basis and they can take exercise for twenty minutes daily. They can take exercise, which can be convenient and for their physical fitness. They can walk briskly or run quickly. They can play the different games and they can take exercise in the gym or fitness club. It is not necessary that they can take exercise at one time, they can divide this time in two or three session and they can take exercise for ten minutes for two or three times in day. They can get all such benefits of the exercise, which they can get when they take exercise at one time.
