While going to gym, you should always keep these 4 things with you.

Water:

For our survival, water is must. During different sorts of exercises, we feel tired and activation of sweat glands make us dull. While going to gym, one should keep a bottle of cold water with him. Water will make sure that we don’t feel too tired during exercise and keep our body hydrated.

Towel:

We do need a towel in our hands, while we’re busy in heavy exercises or pushups. We can clean the sweat from our arms and face which arises during jumping or pushups.

Face-Wash:

It is must for us to keep a face wash in our gym bag, from technical point of view. Before leaving for home, we need to make sure that we wash our arms and face properly after exercise. This would remove the germs and sweat properly that arise during exercise.

Skin Moisturizer:

We should use some skin moisturizer, once we’re done with our face washing. It is because our skin losses its charm, due to heavy breathing and extreme sweats during exercise. A moisturizer would make sure the skin is provided with the essential nutrients immediately, before it goes rough and dull.
