Ingredients:

  • Curd or Dahi 250 gms
  • Gram Flour (Basin) 3 tbsp
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Green Chili paste 1 tsp
  • Mustard ½ tsp
  • Leave Kari few Nos
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Water 3 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped (big) 1 no
  • Cooking oil ¼ cup
  • Boiled eggs 6 nos
  • Salt to taste

Procedure:

Mix gram flour, curd and garlic into a bowl and beat it. Hear cooking oil into the pan then add mustard, kari leaves and onion and fry it. Add the mixture of curd, gram flour and garlic into it and stir with the ladle so it do not become in the shape of bulb. Add salt and garlic powder and cook on low flame. When it becomes thick then add milk of coconut and green chili powder and cook for one minute. Combine eggs and serve with simple rice.
