  • Curd I kg (blended)
  • Brown Double Bread 4 slices
  • White Zeera roasted 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Black salt
  • Salt ¾ tsp
  • Green Colliander,
  • Green Onion
  • Tomato

For Decoration:

  • Crushed khatai 1 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili ½ tsp
  • Roasted and crushed white Zeera ½ tsp
  • Crushed garam masala ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

Procedure:

All the ingredients of sauce add into the blender, add some amount of water into it and grind to make it smooth. Mix zeera, black salt and salt into curd. Remove the edges of the double bread and cut into four equal parts. Put the pieces of bread in a dish then spread curd on them. Spray the red chili and pour chatni on them. Serve the tasty dahi baray with green collinear, green onion and tomato.
