  • Potato 1/2kg
  • Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Zeera 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Red chillie powder 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice of 3 lemons
  • Coriander leaves chopped as required
  • Tamarind (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp

  1. First boil the potatoes and cut them into small square pieces.
  2. Pour oil into pan and heat it.
  3. Add ginger & garlic paste, turmeric powder, zeera, red chili powder, salt and mix it continuously.
  4. Add potatoes in the mixture.
  5. Pour lemon juice & add coriander leaves, sprinkle chaat masala over it and serve hot.
