1.      10 Bread (slices)

2.      1 packet Fresh cream

3.      150 gm Sugar

4.      ½ cup Khoya

5.      2-1/2 cup Milk

6.      1 table spoon Hot milk

7.      1 table spoon Almond (sliced)

8.      1 table spoon Pistachio (sliced)

9.      1 table spoon Kewra water

10.  1/2 table spoon Saffron

  1. First of all cut bread slices into 4 pieces and fry them in ghee till they are golden.
  2. After that dissolve saffron and sugar in a cup of milk.
  3. Pour over the fried bread arranged in a tray.
  4. Mix together the remaining cup of the milk with cream and Khoya and blend it for approximately 1 minute.
  5. Pour over the soaked breads and leave it for 10 minutes maximum.
  6. In preheated oven of 180 degree C, put all the ingredients like Sprinkle sliced almonds, sliced pistachio, kewra water and bake it for 15 minutes approximately.
