Ingredients:

For tikiya:

  • 4 big aloo
  • 5-6 green chili chopped
  • 1 bunch of corriander (hara dhanyya) leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp red chili
  • 1 tbsp kalonji
  • 1 tbsp zeera
  • salt to taste

For covering of tikiya:

  • White flour a cup.
  • Salt 1 tea spoon
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Baking soda I pinch
  • Water for making flour a paste.

Aloo Ki Tikkiyan

Preparations:

  1. Boil potato and peel its skin..
  2. Mash potato and add all masalas and make small tikiya or cutlets.
  3. Take white flour add some oil, salt and baking soda plus water to make a thick paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Dip tikya into the paste and deep fry it until golden brown.
  6. Serve it with ketchup, corriander/imli chatney.
