1.      Eggs


Eggs are the wonderful source of protein and it is essential for growth of hair. You need to take one or two eggs and beat them to apply on the hair and rest them there for 10 to 15 minutes. Then you need to wash the hair with lukewarm water. You should apply this mixture of egg on the hair two or three times during a week. You can also mix an egg yolk with one tablespoon or hair oil to use and two tablespoons of water. They can massage the scalp with this mixture once in a week to get the thicker hair.

2.      Orange Juice


Orange juice is very beneficial for your hair and it helps to get rid of the dandruff and oil scalp. The women need to apply the mixture of orange juice and the apple puree, which are mixed in equal amount. They should apply it once in a week. They need to leave this mixture in the hair for half an hour and after that wash their hair. The women can also mix the orange juice with olive oil in equal amount and warm it before use it. They should leave this mixture applying in hair for half an hour and after that rinse them off. The hair pack is prepared with pulp of orange peel and it is good for your hair.

3.      Flaxseeds


Flaxseeds have enough omega-3 fatty acids and they are effective for the treatment of hair problems including brittle and thin hair. You need to soak three tablespoons of flaxseeds in water for five days and after that you should apply this solution on the scalp directly with cotton balls. You should rest it on your head for about ten minutes and after that rinse the water from the hair. You can also try another method and add the freshly grounded flaxseeds to the diet, which can give boost to the growth of the hair.

4.      Amla


Amla is called Indian gooseberry and it can do wonderful things with your hair. When you make the hair potion, boil one tablespoon of dried amla in two tablespoons of coconut oil and strain the mixture. You need to do massage of the amla on your hair and wash it on the next day. You can also boil the water with dried and powdered amla and apply it on the hair and after that rinse it with water. This mixture has the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants and exfoliating properties of gooseberry and it will make the hair shine with volume.

5.      Avocado


Avocados are the great source of vitamins A, B and E and they are also great way to moisturize the hair naturally. The women can massage the mixture of the mashed avocado and banana on the scalp to increase the hair growth. They should leave this mixture in their hair for about 30 minutes and rinse it properly and apply the good conditioner on their hair.
