The holy month of Ramadan is approaching and it will create various changes in our lives. It changes our dietary routine, intake of water, change in food and their timings. The change in food and their timings can bring some changes in our daily routine. Due to less intake of water during this month can show less moisture and elasticity and look of skin, which can reflect the dullness and dryness in the skin.

People should not worry about this change in routine and less intake of water. It does not mean that fewer intakes of food and water can leave bad impact on the skin but we take fresh and more food at morning and evening timings and it can help us to make our skin glowing during this month of Ramadan. 2.         When eating and drinking is allowed from Iftaar to Sehri, women should take at least 8 glass of water. This water intake will help them in hydrating their skin and make it moisturized. They should use simple water and not excess use of juices or beverages. They should remember to use maximum water to quench their thirst, as it can meet the requirements of water in their bodies.

3.         The women should keep their skin clean and peel of the thin fragments from there. They should start toning and women should follow these recommendations during Ramadan days and make these habits as their routine work. They should avoid breakouts and keep their skin clear and they will get glowing skin at Eid.

4.         The women and girls should select fiber rich items to ensure the consistency in repair of their skin. These items have essential oil, which is mostly found in fruits and vegetables. The users can also find them in nuts, and fishes and they can act as healer and it should be taken consistently in regular intake.

5.         The most important food item is Yogurt as it has protein and it can speeds up the digestion process in the body and it is also best for the nourishment of skin and give other health benefits.
